Salon Policies
Cancelation Policy:
A 24-hour Cancellation notice is required for all reserved appointments. If a 24-hour cancellation notice isn’t given for canceled appointment then a non refundable deposit per service fee will be required before reserving the next appointment.
Late Arrivals
In order to keep schedules running on time any client later then 15 minutes will be rescheduled. I appreciate your time and try my best to keep the schedule running on time. In the event I am running significantly behind I will try to contact you via phone to let you know.
Adjustments:
If you need something adjusted with cut or color, let us know with in 7 days.
Product Return
If you purchase a hair care product and don’t like it after three uses please return it for product exchange of equal or lesser value.
Guarantee
All chemical services longevity is guaranteed with the use of professional products purchased from the salon.
Children
Please only bring children if they are receiving a service. Please keep an eye on your child, we share a space with other professionals and we all have expensive equipment we need to keep our business running efficiently. The salon also has many dangerous chemicals so please keep children sitting in waiting area until its their turn.
