Cancelation Policy:
A 24-hour Cancellation notice is required for all reserved appointments. If a 24-hour cancellation notice isn’t given for canceled appointment then a non refundable deposit per service fee will be required before reserving the next appointment.

Late Arrivals
In order to keep schedules running on time any client later then 15 minutes will be rescheduled. I appreciate your time and try my best to keep the schedule running on time. In the event I am running significantly behind I will try to contact you via phone to let you know.

Children
Please only bring children if they are receiving a service.
To maintain a serene environment for our spa guest and ensure safety of all, we kindly ask that children only visit the salon when receiving a service. Our space houses professional equipment and chemicals that require a focused environment, please ensure they remain supervised in the waiting area to help us keep our shared space quiet, safe, and relaxing for everyone.
Adjustments:
If you need something adjusted with cut or color, let us know with in 7 days.
